5. Keep a glass of water on your desk at work. If you take frequent coffee breaks, remember that drinking water is essential for your ability to focus and maintain the pace at which you work.

6. Whenever you are on the go, remember to drink water. Keep bottled or filtered water by your desk as part of your commute on the go.
